The Block Buddies Referral Program ("Program") is open to existing Blue Fox Pools weekly maintenance customers ("Referrers") and new residential customers ("Referees") within Blue Fox Pools' designated service areas.
Referees must sign up for ongoing weekly pool maintenance service. One-time services or repairs do not qualify for Program rewards.
Referrals must be submitted through the official Block Buddies form on the Blue Fox Pools website (`/block-buddies`) *before* the Referee signs up for service. Retroactive referrals are not eligible.
Referrers must have their neighbor's permission to submit their contact information.

This is a separate, limited-time offer for the Referrer only.
To qualify, a Referrer must submit a *new* customer referral through the Block Buddies form, and the referred Referee must sign up for weekly maintenance service and complete their first paid month of service.
The Referrer will receive a $75 credit toward one month of their standard weekly maintenance fee on their next invoice after the Referee's first paid month is confirmed.
Limit one (1) $75 credit per *successfully referred and onboarded* new customer.

Blue Fox Pools reserves the right to verify all referrals and customer statuses.
Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Blue Fox Pools reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the Blue Fox Pools website.
The Program is void where prohibited by law.
Disputes related to the Program will be resolved at the sole discretion of Blue Fox Pools.
