The Block Buddies Referral Program ("Program") is open to existing Blue Fox Pools weekly maintenance customers ("Referrers") and new residential customers ("Referees") within Blue Fox Pools' designated service areas.
Referees must sign up for ongoing weekly pool maintenance service. One-time services or repairs do not qualify for Program rewards.
Referrals must be submitted through the official Block Buddies form on the Blue Fox Pools website (`/block-buddies`) *before* the Referee signs up for service. Retroactive referrals are not eligible.
Referrers must have their neighbor's permission to submit their contact information.

Savings tiers are based on the number of active weekly maintenance customers on the same street or within the same defined subdivision.
"Street" is defined by the official street name. "Subdivision" is defined by Blue Fox Pools based on official plat records or common neighborhood boundaries. Blue Fox Pools reserves the right to determine subdivision boundaries for the program.
Tier rewards (monthly discounts or repair credits) are automatically applied to eligible customer accounts once the required number of participating households in a tier is reached and verified.
Reward levels are as follows:
- Street Saver: 2 Pools ($25 credit/repair), 3 Pools ($10/mo off), 4 Pools ($15/mo off), 5+ Pools ($20/mo off).
- Subdivision Squad: 4 Pools ($25 one-time repair credit), 5 Pools ($25 credit/repair), 6 Pools ($10/mo off), 7+ Pools ($15/mo off).
Discounts and credits apply to future invoices/service calls after eligibility is confirmed. They are non-transferable and have no cash value.
If the number of participating households on a street/subdivision drops below a tier threshold, the corresponding discount/credit may be adjusted or removed for subsequent billing cycles.

This is a separate, limited-time offer for the Referrer only.
To qualify, a Referrer must submit a *new* customer referral through the Block Buddies form, and the referred Referee must sign up for weekly maintenance service and complete their first paid month of service.
The Referrer will receive a credit equivalent to one (1) month of their standard weekly maintenance fee on their next invoice after the Referee's first paid month is confirmed.
Limit one (1) free month credit per *successfully referred and onboarded* new customer.
This offer is subject to change or termination without notice. Check the website for current validity and end dates ([End Date Placeholder]).

Blue Fox Pools reserves the right to verify all referrals and customer statuses.
Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Blue Fox Pools reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the Blue Fox Pools website.
The Program is void where prohibited by law.
Disputes related to the Program will be resolved at the sole discretion of Blue Fox Pools.
