A Note on Referral Fees
We do not pay referral fees to agents, and that is by design. Under Texas Real Estate Commission rules, a license holder cannot receive valuable consideration for referring business to an unlicensed service provider, except for token gifts of merchandise under $50. Paying for referrals would put your license at risk.
So we pass the value directly to your client. They get a free month of service worth over $200, you get a happy client who remembers you connected them with someone reliable, and everyone stays on the right side of the rules.

What if the pool needs repairs?
We document issues with photos and send a quote. Your client approves or declines with no surprise charges. If something could affect a transaction, we flag it immediately.
What if an inspection turns up pool problems?
We can assess the situation and give a realistic picture of scope and cost. We are not licensed pool inspectors, but we know how to keep small findings from becoming deal-killers.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the Greater North & West Houston Area. If you are unsure whether a property is in our coverage area, just ask and we will confirm quickly.
Can I get something to share with clients?
Yes. We can provide a one-pager or a link you can include in your closing packet, buyer guide, or follow-up emails.
What if my client already has a pool company?
No problem. If they are happy with their current provider, we are not here to poach. We are ready to help when they are new to the area, inheriting a pool, or unhappy with current service.
